Powerful partner vs. needy beneficiary

No longer seen as a ‘needy beneficiary’, non-profits can help companies to solve societal problems and meet the demands of today’s conscious consumer, but non-profits ALSO have the power to influence a company’s bottom line. Because Australians will quit jobs, boycott products and switch brands due to a company’s inaction on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).  On the flip side, they’ll work for and buy products & services from companies & brands that have a good reputation in CSR & Social Good.
