Georgia McIntosh
Georgia leads the team and delivers the BePartnerReady.com® program. She is a Communications whiz and a typical Millennial juggling numerous projects in work and life, all with an infectious smile and can-do attitude. In addition to Co-Founding BePartnerReady.com®, she’s also director of her own communications consultancy, Roger That, specialising in digital marketing for leading non-profits and for-purpose businesses. She has a Bachelors in Professional Communication and a Masters of International Development.
In addition to spreading joy and optimism wherever she goes, Georgia loves to indulge her thirst for adventure with recent travels to Japan, India and Morocco. She loves trying new food yet - even sampling a tarantula in Cambodia! Georgia lives on the Mid-North Coast of NSW and when she’s not juggling, she swims in the ocean with her puppy Indie.
She’s a documentary die-hard, loves reading and making connections, and she’s known by her friends as ‘G’.

Sally Phelps
Sally is a media marketing specialist. For over 15 years, she’s led teams in global advertising agencies, delivering media campaigns for clients including SEEK, Snooze, Holden, Latitude Financial Services and MYOB. In October 2022 she became Head of Media at the iconic ABC. Sally is passionate about the role that technology, data & platforms play in our lives, and how brands can leverage them to create better customer experiences. Her true ambition lies in connecting people to purpose. In 2018 she graduated from The Growth Project, a leadership program matching business mentors with for-purpose leaders and this is where she encountered Hailey.
In addition to being a start up investor in BePartnerReady.com®, Sally helped refresh the brand valuation methodology (the BaFF) and created the asset valuation tool – the Ph Formula. She actively contributes her wisdom and expertise to our high-value consulting clients.
She is an avid consumer of podcasts & apps, listing Blinkist, Feedly, MeetUp & Pinterest as her favourites. Sally is happiest with family & friends around her and is a proud Auntie to seven munchkins. She enjoys a quiet night in with a chilled Riesling & British drama, and in the winter months, you’ll find her skiing down an icy mountain slope in Japan or Switzerland or ski-dooing in Iceland.

Hailey Cavill-Jaspers
Hailey has been at the forefront of CSR & Social Good since founding her award-winning* company Cavill + Co in 1995. She is a social entrepreuner, CSR specialist and matchmaker between corporates and charities: 50 partnerships to date investing over $40m into social good projects. Her numerous corporate clients include Mondelez Australia, Vodafone Australia, Disney, MLC, AMP and Seek.
In addition to matchmaking, Hailey has authored over 10 publications on CSR and the neuroscience of altruism; is a sought-after speaker & MC; and has enjoyed her ‘50 minutes of fame' when Grand Designs Australia followed the building of her eco home & office. She has been training non-profits for over 30 years and BePartnerReady.com® is a juicy fusion of all her knowledge and experience.
An adventurous explorer in her younger years (having visited 12 of the 18 wonders of the world), these days she prefers to stay close to home where she loves painting (canvas not walls), chai, Grey Goose vodka, her rescue cat Willow and her hubby Ty (he’s last, but she loves him the most). She’s known by her friends as ‘the salad Queen’ (thanks to chef Ottolenghi).

Danni is the Admin Ninja who ensures all client projects and digital campaigns run smoothly. In addition to working with BePartnerReady.com®, she’s a mum of 3 gorgeous kids, does modelling (you may have seen her on the Spirit of Tasmania tv ads) and is renowned for making cakes that wouldn’t look out of place on MasterChef.
